She began her career in 2008 in DD National's "Nachein Gaen Dhoom Machaen" and also was awarded the Shimla Queen title in 2012. Aalisha began acting in a teen cameo film called Akkad Bakkad Bambe Bo (2012), and then began her first television role as Najma in Begusarai (2015).
