17 scheduled airlines operating in the country, DGCA issued 718 Air Operator Certificate
As per a written reply by the Ministry of Civil Aviation in Rajya Sabha on Monday, at present, there are 148 operational airports in the country, which includes 137 airports, two water aerodromes and nine heliports. There were 96 operational airports of the Airports Authority of India as on March 2017.

Invesco's AT1 Capital Bond exchange-traded fund, which tracks the value of AT1 debt issued by banks, is down 15 per cent, The Guardian reported. These AT1 bonds, known as "contingent convertible" debt or CoCos, are designed to be triggered at times of market turbulence. They are basically shock absorbers to activate in a crisis if a bank's capital levels fall below a certain point in a crisis, AT1s are converted into equity, or written off.

Air India to temporarily decrease flights on certain US routes
The CEO said the the carrier will reduce few flights to San Francisco and Newark airports for the next three months. Domestic airlines carry 2.46 cr passengers during Jan-Feb, log 74.50% annual growth
According to data published by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on Monday, nearly 1.21 crore passengers were carried by the domestic airlines in February as against 76.96 lakh in the same period last year. However, February's domestic traffic recorded a marginal decline as compared with the previous month when the figure was 1.25 crore.
European bank shares drop after Credit Suisse bailout

Delhi govt tables Eco Survey, per capita income grew by 14.18% in 2022-23
The survey was tabled by Delhi Finance Minister Kailash Gahlot on Monday in the Assembly. According to the survey report, the per capita income in the capital has always been around 2.6 times higher compared to the national average both at the current and constant prices. The per capita income of Delhi at current prices reached the level of Rs 3,89,529 in 2021-22 as compared to Rs 3,31,112 in 2020-21.
