French Open: Rohan Bopanna's campaign ends in semifinals

Bopanna and Middelkoop, seeded 16th, were defeated 6-4, 3-6, 6-7 (8-10) by 12th seeds Jean-Julien Roger of the Netherlands and Marcelo Arevalo of El Salvador in two hours and seven minutes at the Roland Garros Stadium. The Indian had the chance of making his first appearance in a men's doubles final at a Grand Slam since the US Open in 2010.
French Open: Swiatek storms into final with win over Kasatkina

Swiatek's winning streak hit 34 after she dispatched No.20 seed Kasatkina. The 2020 French Open champion Swiatek is now tied for the second-longest winning streak of this century with Serena Williams, who won 34 consecutive matches between Miami Open and Wimbledon in 2013.
Shibahara and Koolhof win mixed doubles title in French Open

Shibahara, ranked No.8 in doubles, won her first major title and became the first Japanese player in 25 years to win the mixed doubles championship in Paris. The California-born 24-year-old was not born when Rika Hiraki and Mahesh Bhupathi took home the title in 1997. "It was our first time playing together and I'm so thankful you asked me to play, it was so much fun," Shibahara said on court.
Juan Mata to leave Manchester United

Real Madrid sign four-year deal with Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger

The 29-year-old will move to the Bernabeu on a free transfer after he turned down the Blues' attempts to renew his contract. India to tour West Indies for 3 ODIs, 5 T20Is in July-August 2022

The ODI series, which will be played first, and three T20Is will be hosted across Trinidad and Tobago and St Kitts & Nevis, with the final two T20Is scheduled for Lauderhill, Florida in the USA. The three ODIs will be played on July 22, 24 and 27 respectively at the Queen's Park Oval in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, the broadcaster of the series announced on behalf of Cricket West Indies (CWI) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) late on Wednesday.
