The 23-year old Khan showed his composure and bowled two brilliant overs in front of veteran Kieron Pollard during Mumbai Indians' run chase and eventually finished with the superb figures of 4-0-27-1. Incidentally, Mohsin is not the only young India fast bowler who has done well in the IPL 2022. Apart from Mohsin, Mukesh Choudhary (CSK), Khaleel Ahmed (DC), Yash Dayal (GT), T. Natarajan (SRH) are the other Indian left-arm pacers, who have been impactful performers for their respective teams.

But Rohit got off to an unnecessary shot and Suryakumar Yadav too fell in a similar fashion. Tilak Varma and Kieron Pollard raised their hopes with a 57-run partnership off 39 deliveries but both got out at the most inappropriate time for Mumbai Indians and their hopes fizzled out in a 36-run defeat.

However, Ferrari's Charles Leclerc spun late on to finish sixth after his teammate Spain's Carlos Sainz retired from the race. Along with Sainz, compatriot Fernando Alonso was the other who could not finish the race. The Dutchman Verstappen topped Saturday's Sprint and led off the line on Sunday, teammate Perez joining him at the front - while Leclerc momentarily dropped to fourth.

In a hard-fought summit clash, Rublev dug deep against Djokovic as he hit with relentless power and intensity to outlast the home favourite 6-2, 6-7(4), 6-0 at the ATP 250 clay-court event. The 24-year-old saved five set points in the second set to force a tie-break and while he was unable to prevent Djokovic from levelling the match, Rublev regrouped in the decider as he looked the fitter of the two to triumph after two hours and 29 minutes.
IPL 2022: Rahul's unbeaten ton helps Lucknow reach 168/6 against Mumbai Indians

Rahul, who had scored his first century of IPL 2022 against Mumbai Indians in his 100th match a few days ago, played a well-controlled innings on a sluggish track to finish with an unbeaten 103 off 62 deliveries. He reached the three-figure mark off 61 balls in the final over of the innings, hitting 12 fours and four sixes. Rahul (103) waged a lone battle, struggling for help from the other end as the other batters came in and went out in a procession. Manish Pandey was the second highest scorer.
