Archery World Cup Antalya: Indian men's recurve team reach final, to face China

The Indian team will face China in the gold medal clash on Sunday. This will be the first time in nine years that a men's Indian recurve archery team will feature in a World Cup final. India won its last World Cup gold medal in the men's recurve team event 13 years ago. The men's recurve team, which got a first-round bye after qualifying as the fourth seeds, defeated 13th seed Japan 5-4 in the pre-quarterfinal after a 29-28 shoot-off victory.

IPL 2023: Tim Cook spotted at DC vs KKR match after Apple store launch in Delhi

Cook made a surprise appearance in the stadium after inaugurating the Apple store in the national capital. He was seen alongside Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor, BCCI vice-president Rajeev Shukla and the dignitaries and officials of the Delhi & District Cricket Association. The Apple CEO is in India for the opening of the Apple store in the country. Prior to Delhi, Cook launched India's first Apple store at the Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai a couple of days ago.
Mickey Arthur appointed as director of Pakistan men's cricket team

In this role, Arthur, currently the head coach of English county side Derbyshire, will be involved in designing, formulating and overseeing strategies behind the Pakistan men's team. During his time from 2016 to 2019, Arthur coached Pakistan to being the top-ranked team in Tests and T20Is, and also helped the side to victory.
BWF extends ban on Russian, Belarusian players from competing in its international events

The BWF said that the decision was made following a BWF Council Meeting on Tuesday. Notably, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) recommended last month that athletes from Russia and Belarus be allowed to return to competition as neutrals, provided they did not support the war or were not affiliated to the military. However, BWF has decided to continue its decision from last year.
