Nvidia plans to release 'unlaunched' 12GB graphics card

RTX 4070 Ti graphics processing unit (GPU) specifications were released on the company's website, however, Twitter user @momomo_us managed to take a screenshot before Nvidia took the page down, reports The Verge. The leaked specifications look similar to the 12GB RTX 4080, with the chip featuring 7,680 CUDA cores, a 2.61 GHz boost clock and 12GB of memory.
Twitter sued for not paying rent of San Francisco office

The landlord, Columbia Reit - 650 California LLC, said that it had notified the company on December 16 of last year that it would go into default on its lease for the Hartford Building's 30th floor in five days if the rent was not paid, reports Bloomberg. In the complaint that Columbia Reit filed last week in San Francisco's state court, it claimed that the tenant failed to comply. The company was also sued in December 2022 for refusing to pay for two charter flights, the report said.
Twitter bans 48,624 accounts for policy violations in India

The micro-blogging platform, going through a churning under its new owner, also took down 3,035 accounts for promoting terrorism on its platform in the country. In total, Twitter banned 48,624 accounts in the reporting period in India. Twitter, in its monthly report in compliance with the new IT Rules, 2021, said that it received 755 complaints from users in India in the same time-frame through its grievance redressal mechanisms, and took action on 121 of those URLS.
Musk trolls Andrew Tate with pizza tweet

Tate has been arrested by the Romanian Police. Musk tweeted on Saturday, "Sometimes it's just better to make pizza at home." Several users expressed their thoughts on Musk's post. While one user said, "Andrew agrees", another commented, "Wish Tate could read this earlier." According to the New York Post, the joke referred to the theory that Tate was located in hiding in Romania after posting a video of himself carrying a Jerry's Pizza box, a chain popular in the country.
Apple shuts down 'Dark Sky' app

The iPhone maker earlier said that it would shut down the Dark Sky application on January 1, 2023, reports MacRumors. The weather application was removed from the App Store in September of last year, however, now it will stop functioning for existing users starting today. After acquiring Dark Sky in March 2020, the tech giant incorporated many of the application's capabilities into the pre-installed Weather app on the iPhone, iPad and Mac. Moreover, the company will shut down Dark Sky's application programming interface (API) for third-party weather apps on March 31, 2023
