Elon Musk seeks to delay Twitter trial citing whistleblower's testimony
Elon Musk's legal team has proposed a new timeline that would push the week-long trial to late November. "Delaware Court of Chancery Judge Kathaleen McCormick has not yet entered a ruling on the request or proposed a new schedule," The Verge reported late on Tuesday.

The company said that Twitter Circle allow users to build closer, deeper connections with their followers without giving up the option of talking to everyone on the Timeline. "Twitter began testing Twitter Circle in May 2022 with a limited number of people on iOS, Android, and web. Now, after a successful test run, the feature is being rolled out to everyone globally," the company said in a statement.

The company said that the iOS app has been completely rewritten from the ground up to be lighter, more efficient and offers 10 times better spam, scam, and business call identification compared to previous versions of the app. "We have been innovating within Apple's platform to bring users more powerful features like Call Alerts, Call Reason, and a convenient search extension," Alan Mamedi, co-founder and CEO of Truecaller, said in a statement.
