HP unveils 2 powerful Pavilion series laptops in India

Huawei set to launch HarmonyOS 3 on July 27

The Shenzhen-based telecom giant announced to launch its updated alternative to Google Android OS on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo. The company did not elaborate on the features of the new system, reports South China Morning Post. Huawei released its HarmonyOS 2 for variety of products in September 2020.
Samsung's new foldables likely to arrive on August 10

According to an image leaked by tipster Evan Blass, Galaxy Z Flip 4 foldable, along with rumoured Galaxy Fold 4, is expected among several devices being launched at the �Galaxy Unpacked' event. The company was yet to confirm the launch date for new foldables. The August 10 date for Samsung's upcoming launch was earlier spotted by Jon Prosser. Samsung's upcoming foldable may come with the "best 3x zoom camera ever seen on a Samsung phone".
Google Play to hide app permissions, makes developers responsible for data collection

Developers have time till July 20 to fill out a data privacy form for their apps, and they "alone" must make "complete and accurate declarations" for their apps. Google said when it becomes aware of a discrepancy between "your app behaviour and your declaration, it may take appropriate action, including enforcement action".
After India, US aims to crackdown on VPN service providers

Apple challenges injunction against self-preferencing services

In a cross-appeal brief submitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Apple lays out its argument as to why the anti-steering injunction was "legally improper," reports AppleInsider. More specifically, the iPhone maker argues that the court handed down an "unprecedented result" even though Epic did not prove harm, the report said. "Epic failed to prove direct or indirect harm," the brief reads.
Subway Surfers mostly downloaded in India, US in June: Report

According to Sensor Tower, Subway Surfers was the most downloaded mobile game worldwide for June 2022, with more than 26 million installs, representing a 63.5 per cent increase from June 2021. Garena Free Fire from Garena was the second most installed mobile game worldwide last month with 24.7 million installs, which represented a 26.9 per cent increase from June 2021.
Tesla getting closer to integrating Steam for in-car gaming

According to the auto-tech website Electrek, Tesla has been investing heavily into integrating video games into its in-car entertainment system. But it still surprised many when Tesla said earlier this year that it planned to go as far as integrating Valve's Steam, an online video game store and distribution platform, in its vehicles. It would result in a massive increase in games playable inside Tesla vehicles.

But after repaying the loan she started getting threat calls and messages on WhatsApp from Cash Advance employees. It was not an isolated case, rather several Indians have in recent times fallen prey to such high-end cyber crimes in which people are being defrauded to the tune of hundreds of crores ofrupees everyday.
