Situated on Golf Course Road, phase-5 of DLF, the DLF Camellias project is among the region's most upscale residential developments. Goyal's purchase from DLF Ltd developer reflects the trend of industrialists and top executives buying ultra-high-end real estate in the region.

Real estate professionals now place the property's current market value between ₹125 crore and ₹150 crore, which is an indication of the steep rise in property prices in Gurugram in the last three years.

The upsurge for such high-end houses has encouraged DLF Ltd to introduce a new luxury project titled 'The Dahlias' in the same prime location. The firm expects to generate about ₹35,000 crore as revenue through this latest project.

Zapkey, which monitors property registrations and market trends, validated the terms of the deal of Mr. Goyal's acquisition.
