UGC NET Exam 2023 Schedule released: All you need to know

The Subject and Date wise schedule of the UGC NET December 2022 [ Phase I, 57 Subjects] Examination to be held on 21st, 22nd, 23rd & 24th of February 2023 is available on the official website. A Total of 57 subjects’ examination would be organized by the NTA while the exam schedule and name of the rest of the subjects would be announced in due course.

So, the school authorities can download the hall ticket through the official website of CBSE – https://www.cbse.gov.in/. The 10th and 12th Class board examination will be starting from 15th of February 2023 and 10th class exam will end on 21st of March 2023 while 12th Class exam will end on 5th of April 2023.
'Will apply only prospectively': SC on order to treat OCIs as NRIs in tests for medical courses

Ravikumar said: "The notification suffers from the vice of non-application of mind and despite being prospective, is in fact 'retroactive' taking away the rights which were conferred also as a matter of policy of the sovereign state." It further added, "the notification being sustainable prospectively, we hereby declare that the impugned portion of the notification.

The Central Council Member (CCM) of ICAI, Dhiraj Khandelwal, had earlier said that the results for the foundation December 2022 exams would be released on 4th of February.
Rs 4K cr for 14,500 PM SHRI Schools, 20 lakh students to benefit

Under this scheme, there is a provision of setting up more than 14,500 PM SHRI Schools (PM Schools for Rising India) by strengthening the existing schools from amongst schools managed by the Central government, state, UT government and local bodies. According to the ministry of education, the duration of the scheme is proposed to be from 2022-23 to 2026-27.

Enrollment in higher education increased to nearly 4.14cr in 2020-21

Enrollment has increased in 2020-21 compared to 2014-15 in the specialised universities relating to defence, sanskrit, biotechnology, forensics, design, sports etc.
