UPSC Civil Services 2021 Final Result: Girls grab top four positions, know top 10 rank holders and check merit list here

Shruti Sharma, an alumnus of St. Stephens College and Jawaharlal Nehru University has secured all India Rank 1.  Ankita Agarwal came second, Gamini Singla was the third topper and Aishwarya Verma emerged as the fourth topper. UPSC has recommended names of 685 candidates for appointment. The final result has been published after successful completion of prelims, main and interview rounds.

Law aspirants can download their CLAT 2022 Admit card(once released) from the official website of the Consortium of National Law Universities at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national-level entrance exam for admissions to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs offered by 22 National Law Universities around the country.

The JMI Admission registration process began on April 15. Earlier, the last date to submit the online registration form was May 25 which has now been extended again. As per the official notice, on the request of the applicants, the Vice-Chancellor, JMI has approved further extension in the last date of filing of the online application form for all Jamia programs.

As per the latest reports, the Exam will be scheduled to take place in the month of July. As per the notice CUET UG 2022 “will provide a single-window opportunity to students seeking admission to the Central Universities (CUs) across the country for various undergraduate programs”.

The number of students who have applied for NEET from Tamil Nadu has touched 1,42,286 applicants, 20 per cent more than that of 2021. This has crossed the 1.4 lakh applicants in 2019 just before Covid-19. With this figure, Tamil Nadu ranks third in the number of applicants in the country with Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh ranking first and second, respectively.
NYC to add Asian American history to public school curriculum

The city will have a pilot curriculum for all grade levels at first and introduce it to the whole school system by the fall of 2024, reports Xinhua news agency. "It's my pleasure to announce our new Hidden Voices: Asian American and Pacific Islanders in the US, a curriculum that honours all that our AAPI students and families contribute daily to our school communities and city. We want each child to be heard and seen for who they are," David C. Banks, Chancellor of NYC Department of Education, said.

UGC Chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar wrote on Twitter, "In pursuant to representations from the candidates, regarding submission of online application form for UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 (merged cycles), it has been decided to extend the last date for submission and fee payment to 30 May 2022."

The IGNOU June TEE 2022 exams are scheduled to be conducted from July 22 and will conclude on September 5, 2022. The exams will be held in two shifts; the morning shift (10 am to 1 pm) and the evening shift (2 pm to 5 pm).
NEET SS 2022: Exam date postponed, new dates to be announced soon

“All candidates desirous of appearing in NEET SS 2022 are hereby informed that the dates for conducting NEET-SS 2022 are being revised. The new dates for the conduct of NEET-SS 2022 shall be notified in due course,” the NBEMS said in the notice. Along with the application form, the authorities will also release the NEET SS 2022 information bulletin mentioning the important details related to the test.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is in receipt of various representations from the candidates to extend the last date for submission of online application form for UGC NET December 2021 & June 2022 (merged cycles), as they could not upload the photo/documents nor could make payment of requisite application fee due to heavy rush on the last date.
