NEET-SS 2021 exam: SC notice to Centre on plea against syllabus change
A bench of Justices D.Y. Chandrachud and B.V. Nagarathna issued notice to the NBE, the National Medical Commission and Centre, and scheduled the matter for further hearing on Monday next week. The top court was hearing a plea by Prateek Rastogi and 40 postgraduate qualified doctors, who challenged the abrupt last-minute changes contending it was done to favour general medicine candidates.
ICAI CA Intermediate 2021 results: Priti Kamat tops CA inter old course, Arjun Mehra tops new course
Priti Nandan Kamat, a girl from Mumbai secured the first position amongst 53,950 students with a score of 388/700. Arjun Mehra from Delhi secured the first position in the new course amongst 1,07,215 students with a score of 674/800. The second and third positions were secured by Mahin Naim from Delhi and Sudeepta Benya from Bangalore with scores of 635/800 and 624/800, respectively.
Necessary to stop ‘backdoor entry’ practice at medical colleges: Delhi HC
While lakhs of medical aspirants annually appearing for the NEET examinations to secure admissions in the medical colleges, the practice of backdoor entry is massively discouraging and unfair for the hardworking aspirants. According to the directions of the Supreme Court (SC), the admissions in medical colleges, government and private, need to be done through a centralized counseling system only.

Let govt take decision, SC on plea seeking reopening of schools
A bench headed by justice D.Y. Chandrachud said it cannot direct states to reopen schools for physical teaching. The bench noted, "We just got out of the second wave (Covid). We don't know where the spike is?" Justice Chandrachud emphasized that children need to go back to school but, it has to be decided by the states.
Crisis in DU, teachers want UGC to takeover 12 colleges
The university teachers are once again in a tussle with the Delhi government. There is a delay in giving grants to 12 colleges which are 100 per cent funded by the state government. Teachers say that the grant is insufficient. They now want the UGC to intervene and do justice to the students and teachers.

NEET UG 2021 counselling | Here's all you need to know
All candidates who appeared for the NEET examinations and qualified in the National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted examinations are eligible for the all India quota medical counseling sessions.
