Priyanka Chopra first ignites divorce speculations by removing 'Jonas' surname, quells it later

Earlier on Monday, the Quantico actress had removed her and her husband's last names, 'Chopra' and 'Jonas', from her social media handle on Instagram and Twitter. The sudden edit on the official handles which now goes by only her name Priyanka had left the netizens perplexed. Much to the relief of the fans who were disheartened, the 'Mary Kom' actress's comment came as a ray of hope.

And Vir Das's comic take on Indian history, 'Vir Das: For India', made way for yet another Netflix acquisition, 'Call My Agent: Season 4', which walked away with The International Emmy for Comedy.​​​​​​​ Tennant, who became famous as The Doctor in the British TV series 'Doctor Who', was honoured for his work in the three-part crime drama miniseries 'Des'.
'A moment of pride for us,' says Madhvani, despite no award

Responding to a query from IANS about how it felt to see so many Indians at an international awards event celebrating the best of television outside the U.S., Madhvani said during an interaction early on Tuesday: "When we attended the cocktail event last evening, all of us were feeling so happy. Nawazuddin (Siddiqui) was there. I met Vir Das too. When we saw all of us, at such a huge platform, yes, it was a moment of pride for all of us ... standing together as Indians."
'Blade Runner', 'Alien' to be made into live-action TV series

Scott, speaking with the BBC's Mishal Husain, said 'Alien' was getting a "similar" treatment. A pilot is being written along with a 'bible' of what transpires in eight to ten hours of the show. The creator of some of Hollywood's most iconic films hasn't previously discussed a 'Blade Runner' TV show. News of an 'Alien' series was first announced in December 2020.
