Supreme Court: Delhi High Court Chief Justice will do needful on physical hearings

A bench headed by Chief Justice S. A. Bobde and comprising Justices A. S Bopanna and V. Ramasubramanian said they also want to resume physical hearings, but it is necessary to ask health authorities before taking a decision. "We are not going to take the opinion of advocates on health things", said the Chief Justice.

Police said the policeman, identified as Peer Khalid, in Sopore was arrested for his "sarcastic" post about a particular community regarding Tuesday's earthquake on Facebook. An FIR under relevant sections of law has been registered and investigation has been initiated.
