Farmers body rejects government's proposal to suspend farm laws
At a full general body meeting of the Sanyukta Kisan Morcha, a complete repeal of three central farm laws and enacting a legislation for remunerative MSP for every farmer were again reiterated as the outstanding demands of the farmers movement. In the meeting held with police officials, the police requested the farmers not to take out the tractor parade in Delhi, while the farmers repeated their plan to do that on the Outer Ring Road of the Capital.

CBI takes over murder, kidnapping case of Yes Bank Vice President Dheeraj Ahlawat, 5 months after his death
The CBI registered a case of murder and kidnapping after it received a notification from the Centre on January 17 this year. The notification for a CBI probe was issued on the request of the state government. Ahlawat, who was employed as vice president, corporate banking with Yes Bank, had gone missing while strolling near his residence in Sector 46 of Gurugram on August 5 last year.
