Supreme Court dismisses plea alleging cartelisation practices by Uber, Ola

A bench comprising Justices R.F. Nariman, Krishna Murari and K.M. Joseph said: "Coming now to the merits, we have already set out the concurrent findings of fact of the CCI and the NCLAT, wherein it has been found that Ola and Uber do not facilitate cartelisation or anti-competitive practices between drivers, who are independent individuals." In this backdrop, the bench said it see no reason to interfere with these findings.

Around 3,500 health workers have been identified in Delhi to carry out the vaccination process. As per the Delhi government, 1.8 lakh to 2.25 lakh health care workers will be vaccinated in the first phase of the drive, for which 609 cold chain points have been identified in all the top hospitals and Mohalla clinics.
