Dense fog envelops Delhi, flights and trains delayed
The visibility dropped to 500 metres at the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) at 5.30 a.m. "Flights are being diverted or are returning to Delhi due to bad weather in Chandigarh, Varanasi, and Lucknow," stated the advisory issued for flyers by Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) on Wednesday. Around 20 trains were delayed due to the thick fog and low visibility that blanketed the national capital this morning at the New Delhi Railway Station.
PFI has links with Al Qaeda: NIA report

Fifth Scorpene class submarine 'Vagir' delivered to Indian Navy
The Project-75 includes six submarines of the Scorpene design being built at the Mazagaon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd (MDL) in collaboration with Naval Group, France. This is the third submarine to be delivered in 24 months. Launched in November 2020, the 'Vagir' commenced her sea trials from February 2022 and completed all the tests including the weapons and sensor trials in the shortest possible period compared with the earlier submarines.
