WhatsApp violates users' rights by denying dispute resolution: Centre to Delhi HC

WhatsApp had moved the High Court, challenging the new IT rules on the grounds that they violate the right to privacy and are unconstitutional. Objecting to the new IT rules, WhatsApp claimed that they are forced to 'track' the origin of messages received through the network. According to reports, the Mark Zuckerberg-owned platform filed the petition on May 25, the last day to comply with the new criteria.

Delhi sees 38 fresh Covid cases, one death

The Covid infection rate in the national capital has climbed to 0.07 per cent. Meanwhile, the active cases tally has also increased to 340. With eight patients recovering in the last 24 hours, the total number of recoveries is 14,14,095 so far, the health bulletin said. A total of 102 Covid patients are being treated in home isolation at present.

We will look into the woman's connection with it. Captain kept raising drones issue coming from Pakistan for last four-five years," Randhawa told the media.

The sources reluctantly divulged that there are 'no traces or references' of any Marijuana (Ganja) or weed-related chat in the two star-kids' WhatsApp communication being scanned in-depth by the NCB. More likely, Ananya is being questioned for her version by the NCB for some different leads it has collected in the case, but the officials decline to elaborate.
