Google introduces Clear Calling feature on Pixel 7 series
The call quality enhancer is available for those who download the Android 13 QPR1 (Quarterly Platform Release) beta 3 software update. According to the Android Authority, during Google's Pixel launch event earlier this month, the company also unveiled a few new software features coming to the handsets.
Twitter introduces new look for its icons
The company's "Twitter Design" account tweeted two tweets from the thread so that people could see what's changed. In the first thread, users can see how they looked before and now, while in the second one, users can see a bunch of them together.

TikTok denies it can use location information to track US users
As per the report, other allegations include that the monitoring is carried out by ByteDance Internal Audit and Risk Control department whose leader reports directly to the CEO. The department primarily conducts investigations into misconduct by employees but it also planned on an occasion to collect location data about a U.S. citizen who never worked at the company.

According to MacRumours, users who tried to reset Face ID on their devices got a "Face ID not available" error, resulting in a complete breakdown of facial recognition. It is unclear what the cause of the issue is or whether Apple is aware of the problem, the report said.

A research revealed that the fake account and bot problem is so widespread that large firms reported their staff counts were considerably reduced. For instance, in only one day, Apple's LinkedIn account count decreased from 576,562 to 284,991.
Facebook introduces new features, including Reels for Groups
Meta-owned Facebook said Reels in Groups let users express their voice in communities through creative and immersive videos. "With Reels now in Groups, community members can share information, tell stories and connect on a deeper level," the company said in a blogpost.

"Imagine you spent months researching your latest beach trip, and now that you're back, you don't want to see vacation ads. With My Ad Center, you can just tap on the three-dot menu next to a vacation ad and choose to see less of those types of ads," Google said.
YouTube Premium gets price hike for family plans to $22.99 per month
The video-streaming platform informed users by sending an email that the service gets a priceAhike for those using the family plan that allows for up to six accounts to use the same subscription, reports 9To5Google. If someone wants to subscribe through the Apple App Store, the cost rises to $29.99 per month. The price of the Premium for individual accounts is still the same.
