Shopsy by Flipkart lauches e-grocery in 700 cities

On Tuesday, Indian e-commerce company Flipkart announced that it has started offering grocery as a category on its platform. Meanwhile e-grocery platforms doing good business in India. Flipkarts's Shopsy will offer groceries to customers in around 700 cities. Shopsy will deal in over 6,000 products across 230 categories.
India tablet market to grow 4% in Q4 despite chip shortage

WhatsApp blocks third-party apps from seeing online details

As per a report by WABetaInfo, some third party apps from Google Play Store on Android and Apple App Store on iOS can access data from the app to log 'online' status time and 'Last Seen' time. WhatsApp has now introduced some safeguards to stop such apps from accessing such data. In addition, WhatsApp is also working on a feature that will enable users to restrict certain information including their 'Last Seen' and profile picture from specific contacts.
Toyota to charge $80 a year for starting cars with key fob

According to a report in The Drive, Toyota models 2018 or newer will need a subscription in order for the key fob to support remote start functionality. "Toyota's the first company to charge for full use of your physical key fob -- either $8 a month or $80 a year at the Remote Connect plan's current price," the report noted. When buying a new Toyota, buyers have the option to trial Toyota's Connected Services.

India is currently home to over 430 million mobile gamers and the number is estimated to grow to 650 million by 2025.
