TCL won't release foldable phone in 2021: Report

TCL showed off a few foldable prototypes last year, and again earlier this year at CES 2021, as well as a "rollable" screen design. In April, the company showed off a Fold an Roll device that could expand from a 6.87-inch phone screen to become an 8.85-inch phablet or a 10-inch tablet size. The company said it is not giving up on the foldable product category but doesn't have a time frame for when its first foldable device may be commercially available.

England to be 1st country to require new homes to include EV chargers

The new law will make England the first country in the world to require all new homes to have EV chargers, the report said. It will also boost confidence in helping those who transition from gas cars to overcome range anxiety, as so many homes in England don't have off-street parking or garages.

These new processors will be launching under the Snapdragon 600 series, according to their part numbers discovered by Winfuture.de. There is also a possibility that the chipsets may have gaming variants. The SM6375 is expected to launch in four variants all of which will have different CPU and GPU clock rates but the same base, reports GizmoChina. All four will have 8 CPU cores made up of four Gold cores and four Silver cores. The GPU clock speed is said to be between 940Hz and 960Hz.

The company launched its predecessor -- OnePlus Buds Z TWS -- last year in October. According to GSMArena, the Buds Z2 look similar to their predecessor, but the ear tips are slightly angled this time. "We also see some sensors on the buds, which could be used for wear detection -- a feature that wasn't present on the original Buds Z," the report said citing a source.
Galaxy S22 Ultra to support continuous zoom 3x and 10x cameras: Report

There will be a small upgrade to the sensors in the two telephoto cameras. The new model will use two 12 MP sensors with 1.22 um pixels and both cameras will feature Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), reports GSMArena. The main camera will be the same, it will feature a 108 MP sensor with 0.8 um pixels. The upcoming series will enter mass production in November this year.

Samsung Electronics was the fourth largest PC vendor in India in the second quarter of the year, a report showed Friday, thanks to its strong tablet sales. "The market has finally returned to pre-Covid shipment levels," Ashweej Aithal, Canalys Research Analyst, said in a statement.
