Trump Denounces Indian Man’s Murder in Texas, Assures Justice

“I am aware of the terrible reports regarding the murder of Chandra Nagamallaiah, a well-respected person in Dallas, Texas, who was brutally beheaded, in front of his wife and son, by an ILLEGAL ALIEN from Cuba who should have never been in our Country,” Trump posted on Truth Social.

US President Donald Trump on Sunday forcefully condemned the horrific killing of an Indian citizen in Texas, ensuring that the suspect will be prosecuted "to the fullest extent of the law" and charged with murder in the first degree!

“This individual was previously arrested for terrible crimes, including child sex abuse, grand theft auto, and false imprisonment, but was released back into our Homeland under incompetent Joe Biden because Cuba did not want such an evil person in their Country. Rest assured, the time for being soft on these Illegal Immigrant Criminals is OVER under my watch!,” Trump added.

The graphic attack happened on September 10, when Nagamallaiah, who was 41 years old, was attacked in a Dallas motel. Police said Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, 37 years old, killed and beheaded him and then put the victim's head inside a dumpster.

Graphic video making its way online purportedly depicts Martinez chasing down the victim with a machete, continuing the violence up to the beheading, and then kicking the severed head back and forth along the motel parking lot before tossing it in a trash can.

After the assault, the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reported that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) initiated removal proceedings against Martinez.

“This gruesome, savage slaying of a victim at a motel by Yordanis Cobos-Martinez was completely preventable if this criminal illegal alien was not released into our country by the Biden Administration,” she added.

Records indicate that Martinez had been detained earlier at ICE's Bluebonnet Detention Centre in Dallas but was released on an Order of Supervision on January 13, 2025, during the Biden administration.
