BMW Motorrad unveiled its Vision CE Concept, a bold single-seater that holds out the promise of a new look at scooter design.

The Vision CE Concept will debut at the International Motor Show in Munich and provides an early glimpse at the possibility of the future shape of two-wheelers. Aside from this, it marks BMW's forward-thinking direction in redefining scooter design architecture.

Taking inspiration from the previous C1 Concept, the Vision CE Concept offers a finer and more mature look. Its center is a metal tubular chassis designed to safeguard the rider in the event of an accident. This safety-oriented chassis is integrated perfectly into the structure of the bike to provide functionality as well as style.

For extra safety, the design comprises a harness system much like a five-point seat belt used in sports cars. The union of the protective framework and the harness is meant to offer roll-over protection while holding the rider firmly in position in the event of an accident. BMW also enhanced safety by including foam padding within the frame for impact absorption.

From a visual standpoint, the bike features a low and open-frame design with a light and smooth appearance. Its long wheelbase contributes to the aura of stretched, dynamic profile. Its coated aluminum frame, matte white body, and black and neon red contrasting color scheme render the Vision CE as lean yet striking in appearance.

One of the greatest advantages of the Vision CE Concept is its self-balancing technology, which allows the scooter to maintain itself upright even when it is not in motion. The concept also demonstrates BMW's dedication to electric mobility and the company's technical expertise. To date, BMW Motorrad has announced no production plan for the bike.

“Man of Tomorrow” will follow the 2026 releases of the outer space-set “Supergirl” (directed by Craig Gillespie, written by Ana Mogueira and starring Milly Alcock) and the body horror film “Clayface” (directed by James Watkins, written by Mike Flanagan and Hossein Amini and starring Tom Rhys Harries and Naomi Ackie). The accelerated schedule also means the “Superman” sequel will debut before Matt Reeves’ “The Batman Part II,” which is currently slated to open on Oct. 1, 2027.
