Land Rover has added to the Velar stable in India with the launch of the new Autobiography variant—its highest-end offering in the range. The Range Rover Velar Autobiography is priced at ₹89.90 lakh (ex-showroom) and is now available for booking.

Purchasers have two sophisticated powertrains to choose from: a 2.0-litre petrol unit (P250) producing 246 hp and 365 Nm of torque or a 2.0-litre mild-hybrid diesel (D200) with 201 hp and a solid 430 Nm. Both are tuned to provide smooth, responsive performance for a range of Indian road conditions.

While the Velar Autobiography retains the well-known shape of the regular model, it is treated to a number of updates to differentiate it. Exterior highlights include the iconic floating roof, flush door handles, and Pixel LED headlamps with signature daytime running lights.
