In order to check the scorecards, candidates would need to enter their application number, password, and security pin. Earlier on August 31, 2022, NTA released the answer key for the NEET UG 2022 exam. Along with the answer key, NTA also released the OMR sheet. If a candidate finds any discrepancy in the answer key/ recorded response, he/she was allowed to raise the objection and challenge it up to 02 September 2022 (upto 11:50 P.M.). However, a non-refundable fee of Rs200 per question was charged.
A national vision emerges on unified higher education system

Under this, all courses will be made available in higher education institutions of the country and the colleges with 3,000 or more students will become degree-granting multi-disciplinary autonomous institutions. With these changes, on one hand students will get more options than before, while on the other the education institutions will get more autonomy. Efforts are being made to build a consensus to implement these changes. For this, all the higher education institutions across the country have been contacted.
Pichai pledges $20 mn to train 11 mn students in computer science

"We'll focus our efforts on supporting national and local organisations who reach underserved students in major urban centres and rural communities, and who help governments and educators implement CS education plans nationwide," Pichai said in a statement late on Thursday.
No relief for Indian students waiting to join Canadian universities, visa delays continue

In a weekly presser, Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said on Thursday, "It is an important issue. We have taken up the matter with Canada to make sure that students are not affected. We will continue to take measures to help the Indian students who want to go abroad for studies."

Along with the answer key, NTA has also released the NEET 2022 OMR sheet.  If a candidate finds any discrepancy in the answer key/ recorded response, he/she can raise the objection and challenge it up to 02 September 2022 (upto 11:50 P.M) . In order to raise an objection or challenge the answer key, candidates are required to pay Rs 200 for each answer key challenge (non-refundable). They will also be allowed to submit representation against the OMR grading by paying a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per question challenged.

The CUET PG 2022 exam is scheduled to be conducted between September 1 and 11. The exam will be held in two shifts - the morning shift, from 10 am till 12 pm and the afternoon shift between 3 pm and 5 pm. The exam will be held in computer-based test (CBT) mode. The paper will consist of 100 multiple choice questions (MCQs) divided into two sections - Part A and Part B. Part A of the CUET question paper will have 25 MCQs while part B of the question paper will have 75 objective-type questions. Earlier the NTA issued the exam city intimation slip for the postgraduate admission test and is available to download from the official website.
Foreign universities setting up campuses in India to get freedom to prepare curriculum

According to the ministry, once these rules are approved, online applications will be invited from foreign institutions wishing to set up their campuses in India. An expert committee will also be constituted for this. The University Grants Commission (UGC) within a month will bring out a rule book for setting up campuses in India.
Kerala NEET Innerwear row: Girls allowed to re-appear for exam

The girls' parents had raised their voice against the "inhuman act" by the invigilators saying their wards were totally "devastated" which impacted their performance. Consequent to this, a three-member team of officials attached to NEET conducted a probe into the incident and submitted a report on the mental agony the girls had to undergo.

The eligible candidates can check the answer key and result on the official website - neet.nta.nic.in. "The National Testing Agency will upload the Provisional Answer Keys, Scanned Images of OMR Answer Sheet, and Recorded Responses for NEET (UG) – 2022 on the website - https://neet.nta.nic.in/ for candidates to challenge by 30th of August 2022," the official NTA notice read. Once the answer key is released, candidates will be able to raise objections after paying Rs 200 for each answer key challenge (non-refundable).
UPSC rolls out 'One Time Registration' platform for aspirants

It has been launched on the Commission's website at upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in on a 24 X 7 basis. As per the Commission, the OTR will be quite useful for the candidates as it will not only save them from filling in their basic personal details again for any subsequent examination being conducted by the UPSC, but also eliminate any possibility of submission of incorrect information by them as their basic personal details will be validated by the candidates themselves.
