As the NEET UG Counselling results are to be declared on February 26, 2022, the window for registration and fee payment for the second round will be open and available till February 21, 2022. Western Australia state reopens to international students
The state of Western Australia (WA) announced a new pathway for already-enrolled international students to return to the Aussie state despite its closed borders. The new pathway announced on Tuesday night allows international students already enrolled in a WA primary school, secondary school, university, college, and technical college, among others, to enter the state, Xinhua news agency reported. Students can either fly directly into the state within the arrival cap set by the Australian government, or indirectly by transiting through another state or territory.

School bands to perform at National War Memorial
A decision in this regard has been jointly taken by Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Education. The Ministry of Education has directed the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to prepare a schedule of school bands in consultation with the Ministry of Education and Delhi government so that school bands can perform at the NWM.

LU to introduce course in Avadh culture
Introduced in accordance with the New Education Policy, the postgraduate level course will be dedicated to everything that represents Awadh culture. Prof Abbas Raza Nayyar, head of the Urdu department, said: "From Qissagoi, the traditional art of storytelling, to writing shayari to sitting on a Dastarkhwan, understanding Sufiana Kalam, attire, food, language, festivities, everything has been included in the syllabus of the course."

Handing over the charge to Pandit, the outgoing VC and Chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC), Professor M Jagadesh Kumar, said: "I am happy to inform that Professor Santishree Dhulipudi Pandit, from the Department of Politics and Public Administration at Savitribai Phule Pune University, has been appointed as the next Vice-Chancellor of JNU. She is the first female vice-chancellor of the university. I wish her success in her new role."
