In a recent Bigg Boss Season 19 episode, music composer and participant Amaal Mallik was noticed crying uncontrollably after contestant Nehal Chudasama hurt herself during a task.
The task demanded that Nehal continue to write on the blackboard, while Amaal was tasked with erasing the writing using a duster mounted on a helmet he wore.
As the challenge continued, Nehal was on the ground, still writing, and Amaal did his best to get the job done without hurting her. Even though he took care, Neha bruised herself and started crying.
She told Farrhana Bhatt that she felt that she was touched inappropriately in her private area but mentioned that she believed Amaal did not have bad intentions. Farrhana and Baseer Ali were also spotted consoling her at this tearful moment.
When he came to know about what had transpired, Amaal went to Nehal with folded hands to apologize, saying that he had not done anything wrong and that any harm must have been accidental while doing the task. Nehal, though, comforted him not to worry. Amaal seemed gravely upset and disturbed about the incident throughout the task and even after it. Contestants Ashnoor Kaur, Tanya Mittal, Zeishan Quadri, Gaurav Khanna, and Pranit More attempted their best to calm him down.
It was finally Tanya's narration that helped perk up Amaal's mood. Afterwards, Nehal informed Kunickaa Sadanand, Neelam Giri, and others that she had inadvertently been struck in a private place but did not make it a point of contention, realizing it concerned Amaal. Amaal, on his part, informed Zeishan, "I swear on my dog, who is dearest to me in this world, that I did not touch or hurt Nehal deliberately whatsoever. It was the game, where things turned aggressive, and I was concentrating to help my team win." He also added that Neha had not let him finish his task the way he should have.
