Music composer Amaal Mallik and businesswoman Tanya Mittal have been sharing a close and affectionate relationship within the Bigg Boss 19 house.
Although it seemed like a friendship at the start, recent moments indicate that there could be more to "just good friends." In a recent episode, Amaal was noticed displaying signs of jealousy when Tanya was consoling contestant and her good friend, Pranit More.
Pranit and Amaal had previously engaged in a misunderstanding, and now they were keeping each other at arm's length. Tanya, a close friend of Pranit, was observed consoling Pranit when he was clearly distressed. This did not make Amaal happy, though. He was jealous and insecure seeing Tanya comforting Pranit. When Tanya went to console Amaal later, he asked her why she was trying to comfort Pranit.
He allegedly told her that if she could remain friends with Pranit and continue to comfort him, she was welcome to "cut all ties and friendship with him."
Acknowledging Amaal's distress, Tanya, being the calm and peaceful person she is, attempted to defuse the tension using her characteristic warmth and soothing words. She told him that she was only consoling Pranit as he was low due to his fight with Amaal, telling him that she "could not see her good friend feeling low." Amaal did not say a word but his body language showed the insecurity he felt due to seeing Tanya uplift Pranit. In spite of this, their relationship seems to be strengthening day by day.
Whenever Amaal is upset or down, Tanya is found standing with him, attempting to put a smile on his face. Likewise, if Tanya is sad or emotional, Amaal makes sure he makes her smile by cheering her up.
