In the next installment of The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3, host Kapil Sharma welcomes a special season of Raksha Bandhan with sibling duos Shilpa and Shamita Shetty, and Huma Qureshi and Saqib Saleem.
The episode guarantees a laughter-filled evening with gallons of laughs, lighthearted banter, and tender family moments as the celebrities reveal humorous secrets and trade witty repartee with Kapil.
In a just-out promo, Shilpa Shetty becomes an instant matchmaker, being seen along with her sister Shamita and is dead set on finding the ideal bridegroom for herself — all on the international streaming platform!
In their casual conversation, the Dhadkan actress jokes, "Main toh besharam bhi hoon, main toh saamne se pooch bhi leti hoon, 'tumhari shaadi ho gayi hai?'" to the amusement of the audience.
She adds, "Woh sochta hoga ki 'tumhari toh shaadi ho gayi hai, yeh mujhse abhi ye sawaal kyun kar rahi hai?' Phir main bolti hoon, 'nahin nahin mere liye nahin, meri choti behen ke liye!' Actually, main impress bohot jaldi ho jaati hoon isiliye!"
Kapil contributes to the fun by ribbing Huma over her work on a dating site and playfully proposes that Shamita give it a shot.
The atmosphere turns romantic when a fan, Prachi, surprises all of them by asking Saqib to marry her with a beautiful shayari, introducing an element of surprise to the show.
Prachi nonchalantly tosses in the revelation of having a younger sibling as well, catching Shilpa's interest immediately. With a straight face, Shilpa inquires, "How old is he? " suggesting yet another potential match for Shamita.
Saqib can't help but join in, "Was this a Raksha Bandhan special or a matrimony special?" igniting further laughter. In a previous promo, Kapil Sharma was playfully teased by Shilpa regarding his weight loss, to which the comedian responded with wit that he must have learned the common habit from her and made a common joke of losing some size every year.
The banter did not cease when Kapil asked if everything is being shared with Shilpa by Shamita; the actress coyly responded by saying the only things Shamita keeps to herself are boyfriend secrets. This special episode will be streaming this Saturday, August 9th, on Netflix.
Apart from Kapil Sharma, the show has Sunil Grover, Kiku Sharda, and Krushna Abhishek. The new season also sees Navjot Singh Sidhu return, joining Archana Puran Singh as a regular guest.
