Boney Kapoor's daughter and Arjun Kapoor's sister Anshula Kapoor has entered a new chapter of her life, marrying Rohan Thakkar in an intimate wedding ceremony held at Mumbai's Taj Lands End.
The wedding was attended by close family members and friends, with the couple exchanging vows in a private celebration surrounded by their loved ones.
Anshula shared the first glimpses from the ceremony on Instagram, posting pictures from the special day. Alongside the photographs, she wrote, "06.07.2026. Of all the people. Of all the places. Of all the timing. It was you. And somehow, through every twist, detour, and surprise, it is still you. My favourite conversation. My safest place. My easiest choice."
The pictures showed a visibly happy Anshula seated beside Rohan during the wedding rituals at the mandap. Her sisters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor were present by her side throughout the ceremony and were also seen helping Rohan apply sindoor.
A particularly emotional moment from the celebrations was the presence of a framed photograph of Anshula's late mother, Mona Kapoor, placed near the mandap during the wedding rituals.
Videos from inside the ceremony, shared by IANS, offered a closer look at the celebrations. The clips showed Anshula and Rohan performing the traditional pheras with family members and friends standing around them.
Another video featured veteran actor Anil Kapoor, Anshula's uncle, interacting with guests during the wedding festivities.
Following the completion of the wedding rituals, the couple also officially registered their marriage.
The celebrations had begun earlier on June 21 with a Mata Ki Chowki hosted by Rohan's family.
Anshula and Rohan first connected through a dating app. In July last year, Rohan proposed to Anshula at the picturesque Central Park in New York City.
The couple later celebrated their engagement with a party in Mumbai in October last year.
