Gauri Spratt and Aamir Khan have tied the knot after more than two years together, exchanging wedding vows at the actor's Bandra residence on July 5. The intimate ceremony was attended by around 150 family members and close friends.
Before publicly confirming his relationship with Gauri, Aamir had revealed that he was able to keep it away from public attention because he had stayed away from the spotlight. Gauri, despite being an established entrepreneur, has also maintained a low profile and largely remained out of the media glare.
According to reports, Gauri comes from a multicultural family background. Her mother, Rita, has Punjabi-Irish heritage, while her father, Robert Spratt, has Tamil-British roots. Her grandfather was reportedly a British-born writer and columnist who moved to India in the 1920s and took part in the country's freedom struggle.
Raised in Ooty, Gauri studied at Blue Mountain School between 1990 and 1996 before moving to London for higher education. She pursued fashion design and photography at the University of the Arts London.
Gauri has a son, Quinn, from her previous marriage, and reports said he was present at her wedding with Aamir Khan.
Long before her relationship with Aamir Khan made headlines, Gauri had already established herself in the beauty and grooming industry. Inspired by her mother, who operated a beauty centre in Bengaluru, she developed an early interest in the field.
Before entering the salon business, Gauri worked as a garment designer and managed fabric sourcing from Bengaluru. Since 2007, she has served as a partner and director at BBlunt, one of India's leading hair care and styling brands. She also runs a BBlunt salon in Mumbai and is reportedly associated with Aamir Khan Productions.
According to a Times Now report, Gauri's estimated net worth ranges between Rs 24 crore and Rs 40 crore.
She owns a residential property in Bengaluru's Whitefield, one of the city's prominent IT and residential hubs. The property is also registered as the headquarters of her business entity, Beyond The Crowd Ventures LLP.
Gauri previously owned a hair studio on Magrath Road in Bengaluru, which she sold around a decade ago, a move that reportedly contributed further to her net worth.
Reports suggest that in 2025, Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt moved into a spacious luxury apartment in Bandra, Mumbai, close to the actor's previous residence. The sea-facing property is said to be worth between Rs 60 crore and Rs 70 crore.
The couple registered their marriage at their Bandra home in the presence of their children, relatives and close friends, inc
