Centre removes restriction on flights from Ukraine under bubble arrangement
The Union Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) has removed the restriction on the number of flights and seats between India and Ukraine evidently to facilitate the return of students and professionals stranded in the eastern European nation due to the ongoing geo-strategic tensions with Russia. Thus, any number of flights as well as charter flights can operate between the two countries.

India among host of countries issuing advisory for Ukraine
In an advisory issued on Tuesday, the Indian Embassy in Kyiv has asked Indian nationals in Ukraine, particularly students whose stay is not essential, to consider leaving the country temporarily in the wake of the current situation. Indian nationals are also advised to avoid all non-essential travel to and within Ukraine, it added, and asked all those in the country to register with it.
