Delhi reports 30 new Covid cases; no death
No death, however, has been reported in the last four days. The city's death toll stands at 25,095, while the death rate is 1.74 per cent. The Covid infection rate in the national capital has come down to 0.05 per cent. The active case in the city stands at 325, as per the latest health bulletin.

Centre allows export of 20mn Novavax doses to Indonesia
The official also said that the Centre has allowed the export of 10 million doses of Covishield to the WHO and GAVA-led global vaccine-sharing programme COVAX. Regarding children's vaccines, the source added that the Centre is not in a hurry to take any decision but will go through complete scientific evaluation before final call. The government first wants to make sure it has enough doses to fully inoculate all of its citizens.

9 killed in house collapse due to heavy rain in Tamil Nadu
The deceased include four women and four children and one man. The house collapsed when the family was fast asleep. Fire and Rescue personnel and the police rushed to the spot and took out those injured. Eight people were injured in the accident and are being given medical aid at the Peranmbet Government hospital.
Farmers' protests to continue till Parliament action: Tikait

IAF to get two simulators for Jaguar aircraft for Rs 357 cr
The government has signed a contract for procurement of two Fixed Base Full Mission Simulators (FBFMS) for Jaguar Aircraft from HAL for IAF with five years Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) at a combined total cost of Rs 357 crore. These simulators would be installed at Air Force Stations in Jamnagar and Gorakhpur. Under the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan (Self Reliant India), India is continuously growing in its power to indigenously design, develop and manufacture advanced cutting-edge technologies and systems in the Defence Sector.

The Assembly panel has asked Facebook India's representatives who appeared before the Committee to provide a detailed report on the steps taken by the company to control the hate content before and after the violence. Pakistan continues to deny unimpeded consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav: MEA
Pakistan on Wednesday passed a bill at a Parliament joint session to give Jadhav the right to appeal against his death sentence as per the decision of the ICJ. In response to it, Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said: "We have seen reports of Pakistan enacting into law the earlier ordinance that was ostensibly enacted to bring into effect the judgement of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case."
