'A burden once you come to court': CJI emphasises on arbitration to resolve disputes

How many years it takes... we have eminent arbitrators in this country, some of the international arbitrators, who are world famous, also willing to participate in this arbitration centre," Chief Justice Ramana said.
Haryana Health Minister Vij put on oxygen support
Dhruv Chaudhary, Head of Pulmonary Medicine Department of the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak, who is monitoring Vij's condition, told the media that Vij was put on oxygen support at his residence in Ambala city, some 50 km from here. He said the minister's oxygen level dipped below 80 in the morning. By the evening the oxygen saturation reached 89, but it was still low.
India to make defence requirements open, barring sensitive areas
The defence industry has regularly pitched for providing greater access to the details of procurements planned by the Defence Ministry, especially with regard to cost, quantity, offsets, trials, transfer of technology and others which are being envisaged at the Acceptance of Necessity (AoN) stage. Punjab CM meets Sidhu, sets up panel for coordination ahead of polls
