Why is 6.30 morning eating so necessary? It is very necessary for your body because when we sleep at night, our eyes are relaxed, our legs are relaxed, our hands are relaxed, every part of our body is relaxed," he said.

"But what is not relaxed is your stomach because we have eaten food late," he added.

"Anyways, I believe the diseases won't reach you. So this is always what I practice. So it is necessary to eat at 6.30 because you get your time to digest food and by the time when you are going to sleep, by 9, 9.30, 10 o'clock, the stomach is fully ready to rest and that's all. So it is a very basic thing," he said.

He also shared his habit of fasting: "I fast on Mondays. Yes, full day fast. Sunday is the last meal and then after that Monday full day fast till Tuesday morning."
