'What doesn’t kill you ... ': Rishabh Pant Writes Emotional Post, Shares Updates on Injury And Recovery

Indian wicket-keeper batter Rishabh Pant on Friday shared an optimistic update on his recovery from injuries, posting photos and a heartfelt message on Instagram.

Since the accident, Pant has been keeping his fans updated with frequent posts on social media, giving a glimpse into his rehabilitation process. On Thursday, 21 August, he announced an important milestone: his hard cast was removed from the wounded leg. 

"Least the hard cast is off. Some positive," Pant said in his Instagram story, posting a photo with the caption.

He also shared more images on Instagram with a touching commentary about enduring pain and remaining resolute in the process of recovery. "Just wanna tell you one thing which I know is doesn't matter how much pain you have gone through in past if you get injured again it hurts the same that's for sure. Just the threshold level goes up and you know the method to keep pushing yourself," the 26-year-old athlete posted.

“So being positive is massive, motivating yourself works a lot. Keep trusting your self and keep working in the direction you wanna take your life because what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger eventually,” Pant added in his post.

Pant's genuine sentiment connected with a lot of followers who supported his comeback after a horrible car accident in 2022 before, and now his update has shared the realities of the mental and physical challenges of rehabilitation and the resilience necessary to deal with setbacks.
