Google to let merchants add an 'Asian-owned' label on Search, Maps
US businesses can now add the Asian-owned attribute to their Business Profile on Search and Maps. In the coming weeks, ad-supported publishers will be able to identify as Asian-owned in Display and Video 360's Marketplace, too.

Twitter to let users know if an embedded tweet has been edited
App researcher Jane Manchun Wong discovered that Twitter is working on a new feature that may be part of its broad upcoming Edit tool. "Embedded Tweets will show whether it's been edited, or whether there's a new version of the Tweet," she posted on the micro-blogging platform.
Mysterious Google, Amazon devices appear on FCC listing
According to 9to5Google, a new Google device, G28DR, showed up at the FCC with the generic moniker of "Wireless Device." As per the FCC listing, this new Google device is certified for use with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and doesn't have any other common connectivity options like NFC or UWB. The reports said that the "Wireless Device" will likely feature a 3.65V battery. Users can possibly expect the new wireless device to be chargeable via a standard USB connection.

Meta has appointed chief growth officer Javier Olivan as tne new CEO who took charge from August 1, the company revealed in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the US.
