India logs 226 fresh Covid cases
The active caseload currently stood at 3,653 cases, accounting for 0.01 per cent of the country's total positive cases. The weekly and daily positivity rates were 0.15 per cent and 0.12 per cent, respectively. The recovery of 179 patients in the last 24 hours took the cumulative tally to 4,41,44,029. Consequently, India's recovery rate stands at 98.80 per cent.
Delhi air quality remains under 'very poor' category
Experts have said that the air quality may also remain in a "very poor" category on Sunday as well. The Air Quality Index (AQI) between zero and 50 is considered "good"; 51 and 100 "satisfactory"; 101 and 200 "moderate"; 201 and 300 "poor"; 301 and 400 "very poor"; and 401 and 500 severe. On Saturday morning, the AQI in Mathura Road stood at 379, followed by Dhirpur and Lodhi Road at 369 each; Pusa 363; and Ayanagar 354.

Aadhaar - a resident's digital ID - works as a single source of online and offline identity verification for them across the country. "While sharing Aadhaar with any trusted entity, the same level of caution may be exercised which one does at the time of sharing a mobile number, bank account number or any other identity document like passport, voter id, PAN, ration card, etc," the UIDAI said in an advisory.

IAF successfully test-fires extended range version of BrahMos missile from SU-30MKI fighter jet
The air-launched missile was test-fired against a ship target from a SU-30MKI aircraft and it achieved the desired mission objectives in the Bay of Bengal region. The IAF, with this test, has achieved a "significant capability boost" to carry out precision strikes from SU-30MKI aircraft against land or sea targets over very long ranges.
