Will not do last rituals, 'Pind Daan' for Manjhi: Gaya's Pandas
"Jitan Ram Manji is a native of Gaya district and the entire Brahmin community has given good support to him. Still, he has not only abused the Brahmin community but also the entire Sanatan Dharma. Hence, when he would die, Pandas would not go to his house for his shradh or Pind-Daan," said Prem Nath Teyya, the leader of the Panda community of Gaya.

Each vial of Covaxin contains 20 doses. The vaccine is approved for use under the 28-day multi-dose vial policy from Drugs Controller General of India and the WHO Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL).

Two FIRS registered against Jitan Ram Manjhi for comments on Brahmins
In Patna, members of the Brahmin community headed by Vishal Kumar Singh registered an FIR in the Rajiv Nagar police station. They alleged that the statement of Jitan Ram Manjhi against Satyanarayan Puja was meant to hurt the sentiments of the Hindu community. Moreover he also used abusive words for the Brahmin community.
Congress objects to linking Aadhaar with voter ID card
Congress MP Manish Tewari said, "The statement of Objects and Reasons of The Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 allows the use of Aadhaar Identification for subsidies, benefits, services, grants, wages and other social benefit schemes, but the Section 4 of the bill amends Section 23 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 to mandate the use of Aadhaar for voter identification.
Amid heated exchange, NDPS Amendment Act gets parliament's nod
Moving the Bill for discussion and passage, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that this Bill was to amend the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 to correct a drafting error made during the UPA's time. After the Tripura High Court's observations in June this year, the government had to bring this amendment through the Ordinance as the Parliament was not in session, she said.
