Centre working on fortnightly schedule to streamline vaccination: PM Modi
Interacting over video conference with these DMs across eight States with Chief Ministers of these regions, the Prime Minister told them, Union Health Ministry is continuously streamlining the arrangements and procedures regarding vaccination to larger strategy. Madan Mitra, Sovon Chatterjee admitted to SSKM
On Monday night the leaders were sent to Presidency Jail from the CBI regional office at Nizam Palace but early Tuesday, Mitra and Chatterjee, complained of breathlessness and they were rushed to SSKM hospital where they were examined and were admitted in the Woodburn ward of the hospital. Presently both the leaders are on oxygen support.
Ayodhya: Nine 'Shilas' installed at foundation of Ram temple
Special prayers, accompanied by Vedic chants, were held at the Ram Janambhoomi site before the installation of the nine shilas. All the nine shilas - named Nanda, Ajita, Aparajita, Bhadra, Rikta, Jaya, Shukla, Poorna and Saubhagyani were installed. Cyclone Tauktae: Navy rescues 146 people from barge near Bombay High
The first lot of 60 personnel was rescued around 11 p.m. on Monday jointly by INS Kochi and OSV Energy Star in extremely challenging conditions in the Arabian Sea, around 175 km off Mumbai, which fell directly in the path of the Cyclone Tauktae which made landfall in Gujarat late Monday night.

Plasma therapy dropped from Covid-19 treatment protocol in India
The move came after an expert group discovered that the plasma therapy was largely ineffective in reducing the progression of coronavirus to severe disease or deaths. Plasma therapy was being profoundly used across India. The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has revised the clinical guidelines for COVID-19 which does not mention the usage of plasma therapy.
