3 terrorists killed in Srinagar encounter
"Three unidentified terrorists killed. Incriminating materials, including arms and ammunition recovered. Search going on," J&K Police quoting Inspector General of Police, Kashmir Vijay Kumar tweeted. The firefight between terrorists and security forces took place after a joint team of the police and the security forces cordoned off the area and launched a search operation on the basis of specific information about presence of terrorists.
Delhi sees 1,313 new Covid cases, infection rate rises to 1.73%
The Covid infection in the city has crossed 1 per cent and currently stands at 1.73 per cent, the highest in last seven months. According to the Delhi Health department, the city had recorded 1.93 per cent positivity rate on May 26.
With the new cases, the cumulative total has risen to 14,46,415, while the death toll remains at 25,107.
