Anil Deshmukh's son skips ED summons, to move court

Advocate Inderpal Singh said Hrishikesh Deshmukh was called for questioning by the ED, but he did not appear as he is likely to move the sessions court or the Bombay High Court for bail. Singh added that he has sought a week's time to appear before the ED and he also may approach the courts for anticipatory bail. The father-son duo is being probed for the alleged money-laundering case filed against them.

Quoting its sources, news agency IANS reported that arms and funds for the terror networks in Jammu and Kashmir are being routed via the Punjab border, according to the recent investigations by the central probe agencies and state police. The TMG will act in close coordination with Punjab police to nab the overground faces of the terror networks before they enter Kashmir, they added.
Despite Pak denying air space, Srinagar-Sharjah flight won't stop: BJP

Speaking to reporters in Srinagar, Raina said flights will continue between Srinagar and Sharjah, the only difference will be that they will take a longer route. "Some days ago Union Home Minister Amit Shah visited Srinagar and inaugurated direct flight between Srinagar and Sharjah, but it is extremely disappointing that Pakistan has closed its airspace proving it is the biggest enemy of people of Kashmir," Raina said.

Delhi air quality turns hazardous after Diwali
