India keeps close watch on Nepal developments as Deuba's star shines

India will naturally keep a close watch on the political developments in the neighbouring state. Policy observers said that India must carve out a well "thought-through" and clear foreign policy pertaining to Nepal. Haryana has released Delhi's water share, crisis will end in few days: DJB

Chadha claimed that Haryana released Delhi's legitimate share of water after the DJB moved the Supreme Court and held several rounds of talks with officials of the neighbouring state. In 1996, the apex court had told the Haryana government and other states to share Yamuna's water to ensure that there was no shortage of drinking water in Delhi.

PNB scam: Mumbai court grants bail to Dhanesh Sheth, close aide of Choksi

Sheth's lawyer Vijay Aggarwal argued during the case hearing on Monday that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) was trying to "fire from the shoulder of the judge". He said that in this matter a supplementary charge sheet was filed by the CBI, summons were issued by the court and cognizance was taken on June 15 this year. Aggarwal vehemently argued that the investigation was completed in the present case.

Fake Delhi call centre busted, 26 held for duping 1,250 US citizens

A group of 26 employees, including five women, have been arrested here for duping over 1,250 US citizens through a fake call entre by impersonating as Amazon customer service providers, police said on Tuesday.The call centre had been running for the last seven months and as per an estimate, police said, total cheating so far has been approximately more than Rs 4 crore ($5,25,000 USD).
India's 1st Covid patient turns positive again

According to the medical authorities, she wanted to make an air trip to Delhi and for that she underwent the Covid test. Much to everyone's surprise she tested positive. According to the authorities she is yet to take her first vaccine shot. The medical authorities said that there was nothing to worry about and she is asymptomatic as of now. After her return from Wuhan, she has not gone back and had been continuing her classes online, from her home.
